__Limited clientele and specialized expertise:

The primary focus of the firm's work involves a small number of clients in the area of creditor rights, and includes representation of financial institutions and local businesses.  This specialized and limited focus on the creditor serves to minimize the potential for conflicts of interest.  This specialization also enhances our expertise in the creditor rights fields of law. 

A large portion of the firm's resources is currently devoted to the ongoing representation of PNC BANK, NA  and PNC EQUIPMENT FINANCE, LLC in Northeast Ohio in the areas of commercial and SBA loan workouts, commercial mortgage and security interest foreclosures and repossessions.  Prior to the merger of National City Bank into PNC Bank, the firm represented NCB and its affiliates continuously for nearly 23 years. 

The firm has also represented other financial organizations such as HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK, Columbus, Ohio; AMRESCO COMMERCIAL FINANCE, Boise, Idaho; U.S. BANK, NA, San Diego California; CHARTER ONE BANK, Cleveland, Ohio; FIRST PLACE BANK, Warren, Ohio; and BANK OF NORTH CAROLINA, Thomasville, North Carolina in the areas of commercial and SBA loan recovery, foreclosures and loan workouts.
